We are a Seattle props and SFX company that was founded in 2016 in by Chad Buffett. after years of making props, costuming and doing SFX as a hobby for over 23 decades. We specialize in creating and renting props for film, television, theater productions, events and cosplay. We also have our SFX and Film side Raptor FX Studio. We have a team of experienced prop makers, designers SFX artists who are passionate about creating realistic and believable props. We also have a large inventory of props that we can rent to productions. We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible props and service.
